We exist to recognise the people and businesses raising the bar across Australian property, and to give the wider industry a credible, independent benchmark to aspire to.
The Property Excellence Awards are a national honours program celebrating outstanding achievement across real estate, brokerage, property management and proptech. Our purpose is simple: to recognise genuine excellence on merit, and to shine a light on the agencies, teams, brokers and technology companies setting the standard for the rest of the industry.
Entries are open to any individual, team or business operating in Australia's property sector, across ten categories spanning the full breadth of the industry. Every entry is assessed by an independent panel against published criteria, scored on results and impact rather than reputation or spend.
What recognition means
Finalists and winners are revealed at our black-tie gala dinner in Brisbane, with the inaugural gala in November 2026. Every winner, finalist and Award of Excellence recipient receives a verified navy-and-gold digital seal to display with pride across their website, email signatures and marketing.
Independent and credible
The program is built around an independent judging process and transparent criteria so that recognition genuinely reflects performance. If you believe your work deserves to be recognised, we encourage you to put it forward.
Who runs the awards
The Property Excellence Awards are organised by Byrz Pty Ltd, an Australian property technology company. That relationship is disclosed here and on every page of this site, and it comes with a hard rule: Byrz and its related companies are not eligible to enter or receive any award, in any category. Judging is conducted by an independent panel, and no organiser representative scores any entry.
