Terms & Conditions

These terms govern entry to the Property Excellence Awards and use of the awards branding and seals.

Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals, teams and businesses operating lawfully in Australia's property industry within the relevant category. Entrants are responsible for ensuring the information they submit is accurate and that they hold any necessary rights to the material provided.

Nominations and entries

Submitting a nomination is free. By entering, you grant Property Excellence Awards Australia permission to use your business name and submitted material for the purpose of administering, judging and promoting the Awards. We may contact you about your entry and the program.

Judging

Entries are assessed by an independent panel against the published criteria for each category. Scoring is at the discretion of the judges. Decisions of the judges are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding individual results.

Use of seals and branding

Winners, finalists and Award of Excellence recipients are granted a limited, revocable licence to use the corresponding digital seal to promote their recognition. Seals must be used unaltered and only to represent the result actually achieved, in the year achieved.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Property Excellence Awards Australia is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Awards. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Questions can be directed to hello@propertyexcellenceawards.com.au.
