Judged independently, on merit.
Recognition only means something if it is earned. Every entry is reviewed against published criteria and scored by an independent panel, not by reputation or marketing budget.
An independent panel
Entries are assessed by a panel of experienced, respected figures from across Australian property. Judges are briefed on the published criteria for each category and asked to score on evidence and impact. Where possible, entries are anonymised so that work is judged on its substance.
Transparent criteria
Each category has its own published criteria, so entrants know exactly what they are being measured against before they enter. Scoring weighs measurable results, client and community outcomes, innovation, and the strength of the supporting evidence provided.
Conflicts and integrity
Judges declare any conflicts of interest and step aside from scoring entries where a relationship exists. The process is designed so that finalists and winners genuinely reflect performance.
